We try to make the process as easy as possible.
We at Shutterbug believe that the most elegant solutions are also the most simple solutions, and we've tried to design our uploader to reflect that belief. We think you'd make it through the process on your own, but just incase you have any questions or concerns, we're here for you. Follow the steps and you'll be well on your way to getting us the images we need to process your request.
- Give us your contact and shipping information. Fields in bold are required. We require this information in case we have questions or concerns about your order and want to clear it up right away. Shutterbug does not sell or use your information in any way other than necessary to process your order. Your privacy is our primary concern.
- Upload your images. Our uploader is Java powered, so if you have not used it before a pop-up will ask you if you want to allow use of it. Say yes to the request: our uploader is safe and secure. Once the uploader loads, select your files by clicking "Add file" and selecting your files from the explorer window. You may upload any file that you wish us to process: jpgs, pngs, psds, tiffs, etc. Once you have selected your files, hit "Upload files". There are two progress bars at the bottom of the uploader. The first bar is progress on the single file currently being uploaded. The second bar is progress on the entire job (all files). It is very important that you allow the entire job to upload before continuing to the next step, else we may not recieve all of your files.
- Confirm your order. Your contact information, shipping information, and list of uploaded files is displayed here. Now the important part: You must hit the buttom marked "Everything is correct, I'm finished!" This is how we know to process your order.
- You're done! Your order number is displayed, a confirmation email has been sent to you, and we're already working on processing your order!
